Sleep for the next few months is going to be your top priority, after making sure you and baby are taken care of.<br /><br />If you do get a chance to pump, it after your baby is done, or in the mid cycle of between feedings. You won't get much that first day, your milk production depends on regularity, as well as increase in demand. The second day is when you will get the results.<br /><br />If you can establish one time every day that is completely unrelated to when your baby eats you will start to be able to stockpile. <br /><br />You're going to be okay.
