The Good The Bad and The Ugly

Btw, as a side note, that is my favorite western (truth be told, I think its the only one I've seen all the way through)

The Good:

I'm sore today

The Bad:

I weigh 223.8

The Ugly:

This is down from 225.6 yesterday.

I guess I really have to do both exercise and food monitoring. Sigh. Oh well. Its a challenge. Yes I weigh myself everyday. Yes I know you arent supposed to. But If I did what I was supposed to, I wouldnt be a fattie now would I?

Plus its dataaaa I love dataaaaaa.


  1. The only rule is not harming yourself...I weigh daily as many others do...there is no "not supposed to's"...just personal preference and how individuals are doing just fine.

    Oh...and nothing ugly about a quick shift in scale weight on given may be just as real as the shift on a given week... you just never know which day is a shift from another...take great pride in those movements as long as you don't get too bummed and only motivated when they swing the other way.

  2. It's my favorite Western, too. My Mom loved it and I likes watching it with her.

    Weight fluctuates like ca-razy; that's why I prefer not to weigh myself every day. I don't want to get discouraged because I discourage easily. But if you don't, go ahead and keep doing what you do.

    And Soreness is Next to Skinniness :-) Keep up the good work!
