Curves didnt happen today. Though I cant really blame mom for not wanting to go. She is feeling poorly. Not very fair of me to drag her to the gym. I could have gone, yes, I know. But I dont like going by myself. At all.


Its just how I am. Maybe some day I will like working out enough to be able to go on my own, but for now, my anti-social self would rather stay at home.

Jillian and I may have a work out today. Also, if you are so inclined, you can go on a four day cruise to the Bahamas with Jillian Michaels and have a good hard workout and eat cleanly for a few days...

  1. I hate exercising alone. Hell, even walking alone. Yikes! But I'm doing a lot more of the solo walking :) Sometimes it actually feels nice. I put on a big hoodie, maybe a hat and ponytail w/sunglasses :) I feel incognito and hide out for a little me-time :)

    I live in a small town and I like to slip through sometimes with minimal conversation/ interaction when I'm just not feeling cheerful/up to it.

    Sometimes when I read your writing I feel like you are talking about me :) I like it because it helps me process. Also I feel like we would be good friends.

    Oh and will you call Jillian? I don't think I can make it due to budgeting issues :(

  2. Use your "alone" work-out time to sort through things in your head. Personally, I prefer working out by myself. That's "me" time and I use it to not only exercise, but to work on all the other crap going on in my life.
